My Story
I have been working at the intersection of strategy, communications and organizational development for over 25 years.
I have been an executive, a consultant, and a founder - and have successfully launched and developed small initiatives as well as large organizations.
My career has taken me through a variety of industries and challenges, from developing sustainable financing models to creating innovative communication strategies and scaling social impact projects.
I see AI as a great opportunity to become more agile and resilient.
Since 2023, I have been deepening my expertise in artificial intelligence at the Technical University of Munich's AI Campus, among other places, and by completing a degree as an
‘AI Expert’ at the Digital Business University Berlin.

I combine with social responsibility. My way of working is solution-oriented, hands-on and individual - AI-based solutions are part of this for me.
I am close to current developments in the CSR landscape and the topics surrounding ESG reporting obligations.
My work has won several awards, including the EU Civil Society Award (2021), the German Stifterverband Award (winner project Wirkung Hoch 100, 2021), the German Child Protection Award (2022), and the Green Buddy Award (2024).
I volunteer as a supervisory board member at TUBCO GmbH, the marketing company of the Technical University of Berlin, and
in various industry networks.
