My Story
I have been working at the intersection of strategy, communications and organizational development for over 25 years.
I have been an executive, a consultant, and a founder - and have successfully launched and developed small initiatives as well as large organizations.
My career has taken me through a variety of industries and challenges, from developing sustainable financing models to creating innovative communication strategies and scaling social impact projects.

My work has won several awards, including the EU Civil Society Award (2021), the German Stifterverband Award (winner project Wirkung Hoch 100, 2021), the German Child Protection Award (2022), and the Green Buddy Award (2024).
I volunteer as a jury member for the Federal Competition for Cultural and Creative Pilots (BMWK, BKM) and as a member of the supervisory board of TUBS GmbH, the marketing company of the University of Technology, Berlin.
